I'm a recent customer of Silver Bullion who purchased via their website only. The website is not the fancy modern things you might see nowadays but performed well. The payment was straightforward via Paynow.
Whenever I sent them questions via their secure message system, I had a response in a reasonable turnaround time (<1hr to 3hr) taking into account office hours. All the people I interacted with were very courteous and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered.
I had my purchases stored in their vault. The system showed the pictures of my bullion with their serial numbers clearly. Storage and withdrawal costs look competitively priced. Being an online-only customer, I have not had the chance to take a look at the vault, but I will like to do so someday. The main drawback is that the buy-sell spread/premiums for silver is significant compared to some other dealers, and recently increased. You'll have to evaluate whether the premium is worth the convenience of trading with them.
