Wife and I like the transparent buy/sell prices, thus one will know exactly the amount to be expected. We wish to see a better real-time update of reference spot prices especially when the market is dropping quickly.

Never had a problem in collection. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, so far we have dealt with Eilyn and Francis, and we are very happy with their customer service provided. The parking fee in the Cisco building is expensive, though.
